DE40 maintenance free differential pressure transmitter
The DE40 differential pressure transmitter is designed for measurement of overpressures, underpressures and differential pressures of neutral liquids and gases. It is particularly characterized by its versatile and wear free use in the fields of building technology and media supply. Typical applications include pump control of feed and return flows in heating systems, the integration in temperature control units, water treatment plants or monitoring of filter and compressor systems. Owing to its extreme measuring accuracy, the DE40 is also specially suited for control engineering tasks such as flow rate monitoring. The transmitter is available with either an analog current signal or, alternatively, with a voltage output signal, plug type connection (angle plug) or M12 plug. Measuring ranges are between 0 ... 2 bar and 0... 10 bar. The corresponding data sheet is available for download here as a PDF file.
FD38 Maintenance free digital flow transmitter / switch with color change LCD
The FD38 digital flow transmitter is designed for flow measurement of non-aggressive liquid or gaseous media. Typical fields of use and applications include oil heating and hot water systems, for example in the building technology or cooling plants in the process industry. The system is based on the effective pressure measurement principle by means of an orifice and is therefore, due to the absence of any moving parts, engineered for robust applications and wear free. There is no minimum conductivity required for the monitored medium. The system unit is available with either an analog current signal or, alternatively, with voltage output signal, plug type connection (angle plug) or M12 plug. Switch contacts serving as limit value signal sensors are available as an option. The clearly arranged colour change LC display offers simple parameterization and display. Depending on prevailing on-site conditions, the unit can be installed to vertical or horizontal pipes with according horizontal alignment of the display unit. Depending on the respective operation data and static pressures and measuring ranges, the FD39 system can also be used, enabling application possibilities to be increased from 16 bar for the FD38 to 40 bar for the FD39. my job OWL - the biggest job fair in East Westphalia-Lippe
This year, too, we have decided, as an exhibitor, to seize this opportunity to present our company. The importance of this event has been steadily growing since 2008. There are currently more than 220 exhibitors presenting their companies. This year, more than 20,000 students and professionals attended the fair.
The miniature shuttle train was one of the special highlights of FISCHER. Seven enthused apprentices from the fields of industrial engineering, machine cutting and electrical engineering joined together to realize this project. From the planning stage to the control phase (micro controller) and the manufacture of the single components, the team succeeded in independently carrying out these tasks with the assistance of their training managers.
